    Easy Gluten-Free Breakfast

Sometimes we need some easy, convenient and tasty gluten-free options. That’s why I was happy when my friends at Garden Lites asked me to do a review of their gluten-free Frittatas. I already am a fan of their muffins, so I was excited to try another one of their gluten-free products.

Garden Lites’ mission is to get America Hooked on Veggies. Vegetables are the first and primary ingredient in every Garden Lites product. Garden Lites definitely makes eating veggies delicious.

All of their products are made with clean and simple ingredients that are both gluten-free and Non-GMO. The Frittatas are frozen, individually packaged and come in a variety of pack sizes.

All Garden Lites products can be found in the freezer section at your local grocery store. You can use their store locator to find these gluten-free frittatas in a store near you. I can buy them at my local grocery store, Walmart, Target, and Costco.

These vegetarian Veggie Bacon & Potato Frittatas are filled with cauliflower, potato, onions, cheddar cheese, and veggie bacon made from pinto beans! Not only are they gluten-free, but they have 5 grams of protein and have only 80 Calories. These are a delicious and filling way to start your day.

These vegetarian Spinach Egg White Frittatas are filled with spinach, tomatoes, onions, red bell peppers, and mozzarella cheese. They are also gluten-free, have 5 grams of protein and only 70 Calories. These are healthy, tasty and filling!

Both varieties of Garden Lites Frittatas are gluten-free, vegetarian, low in calories, soy-free, peanut and tree nut-free. These frittatas are like mini omelets that can be heated up in 45 seconds in the microwave.  They are perfect for breakfast on the go or as a snack. They only take a few seconds to heat up and enjoy.
