I know most of you are used to me sharing gluten-free recipes on the blog, but sometimes I like to share some of my favorite gluten-free products. We all need some easy, convenient and tasty gluten-free options. That’s why I was super excited when my friends at Garden Lites asked me to do a review of their gluten-free muffins.
Garden Lites mission is to get America Hooked on Veggies. Vegetables are the first and primary ingredient in every Garden Lites product.
They are cleverly hidden in their muffins, which is a perfect way to have your pickiest eaters get more veggies in their diet. Garden Lites definitely makes eating veggies delicious.
All of the Garden Lites muffins are gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free. They are also low in calories and high in fiber too. All of their products are made with clean and simple ingredients that are both gluten-free and Non-GMO.
The muffins are frozen, individually packaged and come in a variety of pack sizes (4, 6, 8, 14, 20) of muffins in a box. I was really impressed by the taste and texture of these gluten-free muffins.
I like them best heated up in the microwave. By heating them up, you get a freshly-baked muffin taste.
Everyone loves a banana muffin, especially with chocolate chips. You’ll never believe the first ingredient in the Garden Lites Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins is zucchini! My kids loved these muffins.
My favorite muffin flavor is the Chocolate Muffins. Well because first of all, they are double chocolate muffins-chocolate with chocolate chips. I also love that the first two ingredients in Garden Lites Chocolate Muffins are zucchini and carrots!
You can’t even taste either one of those veggies inside of this moist chocolate muffin (perfect for picky eaters). Also, by heating them up in the microwave you can enjoy a decadent lava cake experience for only 120 calories.
You’ll never believe the first ingredient in Garden Lites Blueberry Oat Muffins is zucchini! These soft and moist muffins are bursting with blueberries. They are made with certified gluten-free oats, so if you can tolerate oats, you will love these muffins.
Garden Lites muffins are a perfect way to sneak veggies to your pickiest eaters. I promise they won’t even know they are in there!
All Garden Lites products are frozen and can be found in the freezer section at your local grocery store. You can use their store locator to find these gluten-free muffins in a store near you. I can buy them at my local grocery store, Walmart, Target, and Costco.
