    S’mores and Homemade Ice Cream

Nothing says summer more than treats like ice cream and s’mores! Now you can have the best of both worlds and make your own homemade s’mores ice cream.

Making your own homemade gluten-free ice cream is super easy! Homemade no-church ice cream can be easily made with just a few simple ingredients. It’s a perfect gluten-free dessert to make for the summer!

How To Make S’mores Ice Cream

    • Place a 9 x 5 ” metal loaf pan in the freezer to chill.
    • Chop the Chocolate Honeygrams into small bite-sized pieces. (photo 1)
    • In a large bowl, add the sweetened condensed milk, pure vanilla extract, pinch of salt, chopped graham crackers and mini marshmallows and stir to combine the ingredients. (photo 2)
    • In another large bowl, use a mixer to whip the cream to stiff peaks, do not to over-whip the cream. Add the marshmallow fluff and whip until combined. (photo 3)
    • Fold the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture with a spatula.
    • Pour the ice cream mixture into the chilled baking pan. Use a spatula to smooth the top of the ice cream mixture. (photo 4)
    • Cover and freeze the ice cream for 4–5 hours, until firm. Then scoop, serve, and enjoy!

    Gluten-Free Graham Crackers

Schär’s Chocolate Honeygrams were perfect for this recipe because they are already dipped in chocolate on one side. So you get the crunchy sweetness of the honeygrams and the decadent chocolate too. That’s a win-win in my book!

Schär makes some of my family’s favorite gluten-free products! They have everything from certified gluten-free bread, rolls, pizza crust, cookies, crackers, and snacks.

I can easily find their products at my local Walmart, grocery stores and on Amazon. You can find the closest store near you that carries Schär by using their store locator.

So if you love s’mores, you are going to love this marshmallow flavored ice cream loaded with chocolate covered graham crackers and marshmallows. All your favorite flavors of summer wrapped up in creamy delicious bite!
