Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika (leave out if following AIP)
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Rice or quinoa
  • Your favoriteĀ toppings

Instructions

  1. Cook rice or quinoa according to package directions.
  2. Spray a large pan with cooking spray.
  3. Add your ground beef and salt to taste.
  4. Add the seasonings to the ground beef.
  5. Cook meat until browned and drain oil if necessary.
  6. Build your bowl with rice or quinoa as the base, add taco meat and your favorite toppings.
  7. Enjoy!
