Preheat the oven to 375ºF and grease an 8x8 baking dish.
Place the cream cheese and sour cream in a mixing bowl and use an electric mixer to whip until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients (keeping 1 cup of mozzarella aside) and use a spatula to combine all the ingredients.
Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.

This dip is great to eat as leftovers because it can be eaten either hot or cold. It tastes delicious both ways!

To Reheat: This dip can be reheated in several ways. Add the dip to a greased baking dish and reheat it in a 350° oven until it is nice and bubbly. I do not recommend freezing the dipFreezing this dip because sour cream in the recipe can be a bit lumpy and watery when thawing.
