Instructions
First, combine all of the seasonings together in a large bowl.
Add the maple syrup and stir together to combine.
Add the ground turkey to the seasoning and mix with your hands until fully combined.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and coat with nonstick cooking spray.
Form the turkey sausage into patties and fry until browned on both sides, and no longer pink in the center.
