Easy Oven Roasted Corn on the Cob. Roasted corn on the cob cooked in the oven is a simple way to have juicy and tender corn. A perfect side dish for any meal!
Place the ears of corn with the husks still on them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 40 minutes,
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Peel back the corn husks snapping the tops off of the ends.
Serve with salt and melted butter.
