Easy Oven Roasted Corn on the Cob. Roasted corn on the cob cooked in the oven is a simple way to have juicy and tender corn. A perfect side dish for any meal!
My family loves to eat corn on the cob! Especially during the summer time with one of our favorite meals Crispy Baked BBQ Chicken Thighs.
My favorite way to cook corn on the cob is to roast it. We don’t have a grill, so I roast the corn in my oven.
The trick to getting the perfect sweet and tender corn on the cob is to leave the corn husks on when you roast them. The husks help keep the corn from drying out while they are cooking.
It’s super easy to roast corn on the cob in the oven by just placing the corn directly on a baking sheet. This also an easy way to cook corn for a crowd.
Once baked, the husks get a little dried out looking. Let them cool slightly and then remove the husks and silks. I just peel them back and break them off at the end of the corn.
The corn is so sweet and flavorful that you really don’t need to add any extra seasoning. My family likes it when I add salt and drizzle melted butter over the corn cobs.
Roasted corn on the cob is a perfect side dish for any meal!
