These easy almond flour crackers are the perfect gluten-free and low-carb snack. Made with just 5 ingredients! They're also dairy-free, vegan, paleo, and keto.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, ground flaxseed, sea salt, garlic powder, and dried herbs (if using).
Add the water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about ⅛ inch thickness.
Remove the top sheet of parchment paper. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the dough into small squares or rectangles.
Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough onto the baking sheet. Space the crackers at least 1 inch apart.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with salt. Let them cool completely on the baking sheet. The crackers will crisp up as they cool. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.

To Freeze: Place in a freezer-safe bag or container for up to 2 months. Thaw them at room temperature.
