Spray a 9×13 glass baking pan with gluten-free cooking spray.
Place chicken thighs in the baking pan.
In a small bowl combine the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, paprika, cumin, and mustard powder together in a small and stir until fully combined.
Take one tablespoon of the BBQ dry rub and rub it on each chicken thigh. You will use one tablespoon of the BBQ dry rub for each chicken thigh.
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the chicken thighs.
Drizzle melted butter (or dairy-free butter) all over the chicken thighs.
Bake chicken for 50 minutes at 375° F or until the thighs are no longer pink at the bone, and the juices run clear. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165° F.
