Hi Stacy, we recommend adding 2 minutes to the cook time for the pasta so that it is slightly overcooked and therefore softer.
Is there another nut butter option for the Chimichurri sauce? Cashews are not allowed on my low fodmap, GF, non-dairy diet. Would almond butter be the closest?
Hi Nicki! You can definitely use almond butter instead. It will taste a bit different, but still very tasty.
