Gluten-Free Chicken Recipes

My family eats a lot of chicken, so it only makes sense to put all my favorite easy gluten-free chicken recipes in one place! It doesn’t matter if it’s fried chicken, chicken and dumplings, or chicken Parmesan; making delicious gluten-free versions of all your favorite chicken dishes is easier than ever. Most of these recipes include a dairy-free option, too!

Is Chicken Gluten-Free?

Chicken meat is naturally gluten-free. I buy both fresh and frozen chicken. I always check my labels because brands sometimes add chicken broth or seasonings that might not be gluten-free.

These Gluten-Free Chicken Wings are one of my family’s favorite treats for game day, movie night, or tailgates. I love how easy they are to make in the oven and that they are healthier for my family compared to deep-fried wings.

Not to mention, the homemade buffalo sauce is delicious, and I can use more or less hot sauce depending on how spicy I want it. And because there’s no breading or batter, these wings are also naturally gluten-free!

Chicken Parmesan was one of my favorite dishes to order whenever I went to an Italian restaurant. However, since going gluten-free, I haven’t been able to enjoy it as much. But after I realized how easy it is to use gluten-free breadcrumbs, I was able to recreate this classic dish at home! My Gluten-Free Chicken Parmesan tastes just as good, if not better than the restaurant version. (Trust me!)

I use marinara sauce, gluten-free panko breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese to coat the chicken before baking it in the oven. It always turns out crispy and full of flavor. Plus, it’s an easy dinner option my whole family enjoys.
