Chicken meat is naturally gluten-free. I buy both fresh and frozen chicken. I always check my labels because brands sometimes add chicken broth or seasonings that might not be gluten-free.
My recipe for Gluten-Free Chicken Nuggets is made from skinless and boneless chicken breasts. They are so easy to make and are made with a few simple ingredients.
These homemade, gluten-free chicken nuggets are one of my kids’ favorites! They are made in 30 minutes, and the recipe also has a dairy-free option.
